1. Registration

Registration Process: All attendees must complete the registration form with accurate and up-to-date information.

Identification: Attendees may be required to present valid identification at the event. The registration badge or ticket must be worn at all times within the event venue.

2. Code of Conduct

Professional Conduct: Attendees are expected to maintain professional behavior. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to, harassment, discrimination, and disruptive conduct. Violations may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Compliance with Venue Policies: Attendees agree to comply with all event and venue rules and policies. Any behavior that violates local laws or venue policies may result in removal from the premises.

3. Event Changes and Cancellations

Changes to Program: ProFIN Expo Saudi reserves the right to modify the event program, including speakers, schedules, and venue. Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate changes in advance.

Event Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, ProFIN Expo Saudi will issue refunds based on the Refund Policy.

4. Liability and Disclaimer

Personal Property: ProFIN Expo Saudi and its organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Health and Safety: Attendees participate at their own risk. ProFIN Expo Saudi disclaims any liability for injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the event.

Force Majeure: ProFIN Expo Saudi is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property and Media Use

Use of Event Content: All event materials, presentations, and content are the intellectual property of ProFIN Expo Saudi or the respective presenters. Reproduction or distribution without prior permission is prohibited.

Media and Photography: ProFIN Expo Saudi may photograph and record event activities. By attending, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in promotional materials without compensation. Attendees are not permitted to record or distribute event content without approval.

6. Exhibitor and Sponsor Policies

Booth Assignment: ProFIN Expo Saudi reserves the right to assign or reassign exhibitor booths at its discretion.

Compliance: Exhibitors and sponsors must comply with all local laws and event regulations. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without a refund.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or related to participation in ProFIN Expo Saudi will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Saudi courts.
